There are much lag

I have 1 realm plus 10 players + I, Recently I Closed my realm because there are much much much LAGGG  I try to fly and I can't. My internet is perfect. Your service is poor because I open other realm and also it has much much LAGGGG. I need more resources on my realm because I pay it, you have to offer goog service. I work on Microsoft services, specify Azure services and I know how a cloud service behaves. The realm needs much resources (RAM, CPU, etc etc). Thanks
