Mobs behaviours don't seem to work

The behaviours of certain mobs don't seem to trigger properly. I have noticed this first with foxes, who don't seem to trust players who bred them and never hold any item in their mouth. I have also noticed this type of bug with piglins, who do get aggressive towards players, but never pick up gold ingots to trade, wether they are aggressive or not. After some observations, I have noticed that piglins do snort enviously and retreat correctly as well.
