Realm progress not saving

Dear worker,

Our wonderful realm is facing some severe issues at the moment.

Nothing at all is being saved and we are getting increasingly upset about it. We have lost much of our progress and is tedious to have to rebuild our cat cafe over and over again.

Our game will freeze/lag for a few minutes before crashing, kicking everyone and removing all of our work from the past hour or so.

I hope you take this seriously, this is all that's keeping us sane.
