It wont let me into my realms or use a pack i bought

Im trying to use a map i made with the "Weapons Expansion" pack and the "clarity" resource pack on my realms and it wont let me turn it into a realm, or it did but it wont let anyone join the realm to find out. it wont let anyone join it at all
