Unable to Upload world

Just purchased a new realm and have been trying to upload a world we play on for the last half an hour or so, every time I do so I either get an error saying there's a connection issue (I have tried both wired and wireless connections. Or it just says "error occurred". I am on windows 10 and I don't know why this is happening
