Worlds Not Loading
After creating a new world in Realms, the world does not build.
Description: I have purchased 5 subscriptions to Realms over a two month period and have not successfully been able to play on iPhone, or iPad. The same symptoms have been seen on both platforms. I have been charged for the subscription. When creating the world I received an error message (attached below).
I had successfully used Realms approximately 18 months ago.
Symptoms: Upon opening app, and selecting play, the app searches for Realms worlds, but the only worlds that load are locally stored worlds.
I have tried: restarting device, reinstalling apps, checking xbox live account, and waiting several days. The FAQs help topics do not reflect this issue.
