Bug where I cant install packs onto my minecraft bedrock realm

So, there is a bug where my realm deleted all of my packs. Then when I try and install them back it doesnt work. I will apply the packs, then exit the realm info tab like I normally would to install a new pack, but it doesnt save the packs that I just applied. Please fix this bug, I know its not intended, and I cant open my realm back up until the issue is resolved. Thanks
