Issue with /gametest

I own a survival realm with around 1000 members and after the weekend hotfix it screwed me. The hotfix added /gametest and because any member (admin or not) can use it, it's detrimental to the realm. When /gametest is used it spawns in alot of debug structures and it lags out the game hard (sense any member can use it it's clear why this is an issue). I've tried making a copy of the world, making sure experimental mode isn't on, and then replacing the realm with the copy, but the world is so big (around 3gb) it just crashes my game or has an error. I have no clue what to do now and that's why I'm reaching out.
