Unable to connect to realm.

Ever since I got the newest update no one can join my realm. I can’t even join it without it saying unable to connect. My wifi is stable, I’ve tried closing it but because I can’t connect I can’t shut it down. I switch between my Phone and my Xbox. But it’s not working on both.
