Can't download realms world on PS4

Couldn't download my realms world on my PS4, it works on my iOS device.

Download goes all the way but an error appears when trying to import the world and cancels the process.

Looks like this issue redirects to bug REALMS-419, but a moderator suggest to create a ticket for each occurence
