Realm reset?

Been on this realm for at least long enough to have to re-up my subscription, and now sitting at 135 days. Problem comes in that when I tried to get on today, it seems that my whole realm (5 of us playing on it) totally reset. Everything is gone. 

 

What happened?? Is there a way to fix this, or is it just totally gone? What can I do about this?
