Please help me login and fix my realm.

My realm has become increasingly laggy as I've played. I tried closing the realm, replacing it with backups and trying to restart it. Now I can't even login, close and reopen the realm or replace it with a backup. As I pay for the realm I want to be able to use it at any time, and so do my friends that play on it.
