Minecraft won't let me play

Hello. Since 2 weeks my Minecraft won't work. On my old account with the gamertag @plutoremis nothing showed. When i wanted to play a Realm it said „Realms not available". When i went into the marketplace it said „Check your internet connection" and on servers it said „Coming Soon" It was like this for 2 Weeks. Then i decided to make a new Microsoft Account ,, and at first it worked. But as soon as i opened a chest,, workbench or furnance it started to load. I could move but not tap anything. That was for 2 days. Today i opened the game and went to friends ,, and to „Search for Cross-Platform friends" . It started to give me this loading screen again and loaded for 1 hour. I ended the game because i didn't wanna spend 2 hours ,, watching it load. I have The game both on my Nintendo Switch and on my iPad. Nothing works. Im getting really mad cause it isn't the internet connection and for everyone else that i know ,, it works. Pls fix this. If it wont be fixed i will have to give really bad reviews.
