Cannot Replace World on Realms

I just bought a Realms subscription because I wanted to transfer my PE worlds to my PS4 Minecraft worlds. I researched how to do it before I even bought it because I wanted to do this specific thing: transfer my PE worlds to PS4. The sources I read said it was possible to do that with realms, so I got it, but now every time I try to replace world in realms, it loads and then says error. It will not let me transfer the worlds. I need help or something. I also looked this issue up on YouTube and it seems a lot of other players were having this problem up to 9 months ago. If the issue has been fixed, can someone please tell me how I can fix my worlds to transfer? And if it has not been fixed, this is why I'm reporting it as a bug
