Minecraft realm payment

Dear MOJANG, please help me with all your might. I have met the same problems long past. After I paid for a renew to my realms and it said “couldn’t make a realm right now” this bug was annoying. I also tried to renew it for several times but it just the same so I have no idea but to seek for your help.
