Cant download realm save and backup

Hi wen i try to download my realm world or backup save world it stuck at 663mb

and freeze.if try to download new map or anything in realm store it says not enough space.

I deleted my ps4 hdd. I Downloaded a fresh copy of minecraft and same problem. Can ihave some help for that im paying my realm and can change nothing.
