realms subscriptions problem

Ok so, me and my cousin created a realm for $4 in Minecraft bedrock edition IOS. It says that we have purchased it but won't show up. And it's not on our subscriptions but it is on the App Store subscriptions. It just says this "Purchase succeeded but the realm was not made, please check back later". We checked back later and nothing happened
