Realm is broken

We killed the Dragon on our realm and the end city portal spawned in.  We went back to the over-world, collected our gear, went back to the end. The portal is completely gone no matter how many times we kill the dragon.  Since then our crafting has been disabled for certain items.  Our mobs are also de-spawning regardless if we trade with them or name them.
