As the owner of the realm I cannot join my own realms on Xbox One.

All of my other friends on Xbox can join my realm but as an owner I cant join MY OWN REALM THAT I PAY FOR. I have tried clearing the cache on my Xbox and I have tried uninstalling Minecraft and reinstalling it. I have also noticed when it says loading resource packs and pressing cancel it lets me join the realm but after a few seconds my entire game crashes after a few seconds. I am pretty annoyed about this because you guys have advertised realms as an issue free server experience but I have had a lot more issues that I had to become a geek squad employee and solve it myself for.
