Command blocks are sometimes unable to save appropriately resulting in only showing #.

Unfortunately, I didn't find any specific steps to reproduce this bug.
Sometimes the issue can be fixed by writing the command block by hand.
I will edit if I ever found any clue on why this issue occurs.
