Server goes down when i wanna enter to the realm

I entered in a friend's realm without problems in the server, but then 3 days before  I was just entering the realm and suddenly  the server goes down and my friends can't enter it again. 

What I expected to happen was...:

I think a have an account problem because  i can't enter to the realm 
What actually happened was...:

It still happening 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I typed my account
2. I opened the invitation 
3. I accept the invitation

4. I download data

5. The server goes down
