I keep getting kicked from a realm server due to java internal exception error

When I log into the realm, the world takes 30 seconds to 1 minute to load in i can move and do stuff for 5 seconds then for other players I'm frozen and my actions are basically only visible to me. then after around 10 seconds I kicked. I tried out everything and nothing fixes it I made sure it's not my internet not my PC the only way i can fix this is reinstalling my Minecraft. but the problem doesn't go away as it comes back within a week, and before the problem comes back I'm very laggy in the realm. my friend who owns the realm Minecraft name's Epozy
