Paying £6.49 for 10 player server that lags constantly. Continuously has issues and now is charging me 2 days early is a joke.

I pay the £6.49 a month option for a 10 player realm service on my PS4. First started as a free trial and then paid for a second month. I had hope that the bugs and constant lag and issues with server settings was just a teething issue and would be fixed (been as £6.49 A MONTH is alot to pay for a service that doesn't work properly. However these issues continue to exist and been as this is the closest console players can get to a server, WHICH IS A FREE SERVICE FOR PC PLAYERS BY THE WAY, I decided to continue to purchase the service despite my growing annoyance at the issues. Now however I am now being charged 2 days early for the 3rd month, which I have a bank statement to prove so and am just generally frustrated at the lack of attempt to fix these issues for PAYING CUSTOMERS. You cannot charge so much for a service that constantly lags and doesn't function as PROMISED. Kicking players from lag when you PROMISE to provide for a 10 player server when it can only really hold around 5 before LAG sets in. It's a joke and if not fixed soon I want my money back. Or at least some sort of money off. So far NOT WORTH £6.49 A MONTH. Not a good start for a service long awaited for by your loyal console fanbase.
