Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed

Hello!

 

Today I restarted my realms subscribition, just for me and my friend to get forcibly disconnected every 5 minutes with this error message. I can't seem to find any resources on how to stop this from happening on a realm, and all client side fixes that i have tried doesn't seem to work. Any way to fix this? Thanks
