xbox live verson an windows 10 verson are affected realms not working after update

game did an automatic update version 1.2.8 on my Xbox one, my realm does not show in the realms menu. There is some text that says "Realms has been updated. You will need to update your game to play on realms" however, I'm using the most recent version of minecraft.it also has this same message on the windows10 edition I did a hard restart of the Xbox one and that did not work so I tried to uninstall an reinstall an still no luck. please fix the issue I'm a paying customer for realms
