Unable to connect to Marketplace

I am unable to connect to the Marketplace. I get an error message telling me to check my internet connection. I do not have a connection problem and can play my game successfully but when I try to go to the Marketplace and access skins that I have purchased I get the same error code telling me that I am unable to connect and to check my internet connection. Again I do not have any connection problems.
