Bloom world on my phone (pocket edition) is glitching

In the Royal Atrium, the words "2/15 plant species grown " are supposed to be on my screen. Well, they are not in my game. The words flash on my screen for a fraction of a second over and over. I deleted the game and relaunched it and the words are still only flashing.
