Disconnecting from Realm

While playing Minecraft suddenly the game freezes and the error "disconnected from server" appears, once you entren again all the progress done in 10-15 min is not saved... and I payed to have this realm service and it's not working... please review and take the appropriate actions to resolve it. Thank you.
