Server disconnection and rollbacks to previous save (unplayable)

We have a realms server with 3-5 regular players. Recently we keep getting disconnects. This will disconnect every single person on the server. When we re-log we find that we have lost progress, this can be like 20 mins of progress lost. This happens when multiple people are on the server and also when a single person is on the server. It is seemingly random when it occurs. This is causing the server to be unplayable.
