realm keeps resetting, undoing any progress

since 30th january, each evening our realm becomes unplayable.

it will either not allow us to log into it, or it will reset back to a prior save and undo our gameplay's work, over and over again. this is leading us to not bother playing, even though i have paid for the realm. it is not a problem on our side- it is uniform across all players, who live in different countries. 

 

I have cancelled my monthly subscription and we have agreed that if this can't be solved quickly by mojang, we'll find a different game to play together, as we are a family who wish to stay in touch, but this recurring problem has been upsetting for us all.
