Command blocks are filtering out my teleport command

This problem is only affecting the realm I am playing on I have tried the command in a different world and there was no problem and this is a new problem. This did not happen before the realm has been up since November-Decemberish this problem started last week or last weekend I am not completely sure Also I am not the realm owner. I have attached a video showing the problem. I am also not the only one having this problem.
