Realms constantly disconnecting me

I try to play on my realm but after a random amount of time the objects on the server become uninterruptable and I get disconnected. It always rolls back the time to the same place, whether I've been playing for a minute or an hour, making it impossible to make any progress whatsoever. I've tried relogging my account, my wifi, everything, and nothing so far has worked.
