Realms not renewing properly

My specific issue is that I paid for my realms on 01/11/2021, recurring payments are set as follows, but on Minecraft itself, there is a statement saying that my realms subscription expired so I have to renew payment, but payment can't be renewed because I already paid for it and it's a recurring payment--and my realms subscription states that I last paid on the 4th of January, which if that is true, then it should still be set as a recurring payment. What is happening?
