Realms not saving progress

While playing realms on either device (iOS or Xbox One), I will be able to play for 5-10 mins before being disconnected from server. When I log back on, I'm back to the point where I was when I first logged in, no progress at all. This issue only occurs on Realms, not on my usual locally saved world.

it doesn't seem to affect others on my realms, only me.

 

I have tried reinstalling, restarting and resetting, to no avail. Thanks
