Villagers lose work station if they have not slept recently. Villagers locked to a profession do not take priority to workstations over unemployed villagers.

While playing on a bedrock realm I made a trading hall, but i decided to move the beds so it would look cleaner, but after that the "leftover" villagers I had slept in the new beds but the ones without access to the beds did not and quickly lost their work station. I had over 60 villagers and some completely lost their trades (such as riptide III and Impaling V) but the only villagers who have workstations are the ones who slept. This may be because the village was "destroyed" in the eyes of the villagers, but they should not have to actually sleep in the beds to claim them and no the beds are within 100 blocks of the villagers in fact the most the beds were moved were 15 blocks.
