Minecraft Realm disconnecting and rolling back

My minecraft realm keeps disconnecting me and the other players and rolling back to a previous back-up. Yesterday I had to fix a connectivity issue that prevented players to connect AT ALL to the server by replacing the world wih a local backup that I previously made, today I'm facing costant rollbacks (it's the fifth already) and we're unable to experience the game at all. I tried replacing the world again, disconnecting, reconnecting, manually saving, nothing works. It just keeps rolling back. I'm aware of the previous tickets, I read most of them and they are marked as duplicates or "SOLVED". The problem is definetely not solved. This is a paid service and the customers expect quality from it.
