Realm disconnection every 5-10 minutes that reverts to last save for the past week

Hello,

My realm server has this issue for the past week where me and everyone connected gets disconnected simultaneously and reverts us to the last backup save. It has rendered our server unplayable.

i also cannot seem to find the settings to enable manual backups because when i click on "manage" in the subscription setting, it sends me to the main Microsoft page, i log in with the same account, and my subscription is nowhere to be found, no transaction history.

The only thing i see is a subscription to EA play that ended in 2018, i am lost.

Don't get me wrong, i am capable of navigating the pages and accounts, but i am having major issues managing my Microsoft-Minecraft account such as the examples issued above.

I'm still trying to be hopeful with this.
