Disconnected from realms and loosing progress

I have been facing a problem since the last 3 days. I have been disconnected from the realms after 5 seconds of playing the game. Today its letting me play for 1 min but then it gets disconnected and i loose my progress. I asked my friends to join the realm and they faced the same problem. Although on their other realm, there is no such problem. Please fix this problem. I love minecraft. Please fix it so that i can play with my friends over there.
