I keep getting kicked out of my realms world

This started yesterday afternoon. I was playing on my realms world and everything was fine until about 3pm est. After that time every time I would try and play it would kick me out after a few minutes and then I would just lose all the progress I had made. I thought maybe it was an issue with the server. So I played in a different world but not on realms and that was fine. This morning I tried to go into my realms world and it kicked me out again. It says disconnected from the server. I am really upset because I pay 7.99 a month for the realms and I cannot use my realms world with my friends now. Can you please tell me what to do. Thank you.
