Settings the subscription disappears

I'm on playstation 4 and whenever I get on the game, go into settings, my subscription for the realms disappears and on the same thing cause of this I can't even join realms with any of my friends same console or not. I can't even make my own cause of this, I can't join any realms. It always say "cannot connect to realms at this time check again later" I have for days now. I changed wifi to see if that was it. Nope. I even deleted the game and redownload it. Nope. I did everything to the point I'm sending this bug in now. Please help me fix this.
