REALMS-6981

I have bought the subscription and i can only create one realm. I have researched and it says that you can create three. Everytime I try make a new realm, It makes me pay for a new subscription. Is this a bug?

I am playing my Minecraft realms server on The free Xbox game Version . I am playing this version on my Xbox One S.
