Realm disconnects and reverts to earlier save within 30 minutes

My Realm, Mightyhuffs, keeps crashing and reverting to earlier saves. The time varies from 5 to about 30 minutes. Disconnecting, reconnecting, and loading an earlier save has not fixed the issue.
