Realm Continuously Rolling Back

I have been playing on a friend's realm for the past few weeks and starting the other day the realm has been continuously crashing and then rolling back in time, sometimes as far back as 30-40 minutes. This happens to anyone who plays on the realm.

 

I have read multiple tickets describing my exact situation, but I do not see a solution anywhere in them. As far as I can tell, this is a recurring issue within realms and has yet to be resolved. Is this true?
