Ps4 not letting me buy realms

When ever I go to buy realms plus on ps4 it says and error has occurred and then when I asked PlayStation what was going on they said they didn't know and the realms arnt even available on the PlayStation store it's only in the Minecraft application and it doesn't let you buy it
