XBox one, log into realm and disconnects in 30 secs , looses current work done

For 4 days now , when I log into realm, it works for 15-30 secs then it disconnects me. No work is saved for that time.  What is taking so long to get this issue corrected. I am paying for this service with terrible customer service.
