Disconnect von Realm

Since yesterday, January 19th, 2021 I have been disconnected every 4 minutes from my realm subscribed to with Plus! The error message "Connection to server disconnected" appears again and again, and the progress made is always reset.

Since 2 friends on my realm have the same problem, I suspect the problem is with the realm and not with my PC.
