My realm keeps failing. "Disconnected from server"

Hi my realm or minecraft user is Highestlion3600. I created a realm almost a week ago and it has been going fine until a few days ago. The server keeps getting disconnected and kicking me and my friends out. Regardless of what WiFi or Internet connection we use. And fails to back up the game. There is an error that shows up about geometry location issue. Are you able to fix the problem. I opened another realm with the same world and it's also happening on both. London is the issue account
