Unable to Connect to Realm

A friend of mine shares their realm with me from Xbox to my Windows 10 version. For the past few days I am receiving a connection error telling me it's my internet connection. I've been able to connect to this normally for a couple of months and I am able to connect to the Marketplace and other Worlds, just not the realm. 

I also experienced some issues with being kicked off my other friends world, so I'm not sure if this is related. My internet connection is stable and able to run other applications perfectly, only Minecraft has the issue.
