Server Crash and Data Loss

What I expected to happen was...:
I would be able to play and progress normally.

What actually happened was...:
Every few minutes the server crashes and when I log back in I am reverted to the moment of my previous log in. All progress in those few minutes of play is lost. Could realms owners be given access to logs and crash reports?.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in
2. Move around, and make progress
3. Log back in after server crash and observe lost progress
