realms(429) Duplicating does not fix

everytime i try to get into realms menuit gives me an error messege "Realms(429):.

I've tried duplicating the version im playing on, ran the launcher as admin, disabled java auto updating, it worked at first but all of a sudden i got kicked and i tried to do all of that and none of it works.

I literly said duplicating doesnt fix the issue yet you mark it as solved, read the actual report before you give us a solution that we already tried but didnt work

it happends time to time.
